Clair and the team have been looking after my rentals in Combe Martin over the last 12 months and I’ve been very happy with the service. They get the basics right (good feedback from guests about the cleanliness), and it’s very useful that Clair is well connected in the local area, so if something needs doing or fixing she makes it happen efficiently with minimal fuss. Highly recommended

We could not ask for a better housekeeper than Clair and her team at Combe Cottages. Every single review we get highlights how spotlessly clean the house is and how helpful Clair has been if they have any queries. It takes away a lot of stress knowing the house is looked after so well with us living so far away. I cannot fault Combe Cottages, we always have happy guests and could not run the business without them. The professionalism and ‘can do approach’ puts them at the top of their game. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The move to Combe Cottages early 2022 was the best decision we made!
We have been with them for just over 6 months and they were pretty much thrown into the deep end as we have had some unforeseen circumstances thanks to some inquisitive Jackdaws and our spring drying up!
I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without them!
As we don’t live in the area we needed a company who we could completely trust to look after both our holiday lets.
I can honestly say they are a complete breath of fresh air…
They a​l​ways go above and beyond, the houses have genuinely never looked better and that is evident from the continuous 5* reviews we are getting.
I can’t speak highly of them enough - to say we are grateful to Clair and the team is an understatement!!!

We started using Combe Cottages late 2019 and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They look after our holiday let as we would ourselves which is such a relief when you live so far away. The standard of cleanliness is excellent, Abi does a five star clean each changeover. The communication from Clair is spot on, any issues are dealt with straight away. They have all the local tradesmen on board so any problems can be swiftly dealt with. Clair goes the extra mile letting guests know if they can arrive early which is a nice personal touch, she also does the welcome baskets which include fresh bread and cake. She does a weekly check of our property whilst it is empty which gives us peace of mind.
Within a month of us joining Combe Cottages the global pandemic arrived, this was something none of us could have envisaged when we started. Clair was advising us from the beginning and dealt with everything extremely professionally, researching all the new government guidelines and giving us detailed information on the way forward, adapting the cleaning and changeovers accordingly.
We are fully booked for the new season as and when we can open and we can go forward into the new year with great confidence knowing that our home is being well looked after.

Combe Cottages took over management of my property in 2020. They have done an exemplary job, ensuring a high quality service to both us and, most importantly, our guests.
